Terms of Use for Crossmath by CREATION TECH PTE. LTD.

1. Introduction

   These Terms of Use govern your access and use of the game application (the "Game") developed and provided by CREATION TECH PTE. LTD. (the "Company"). By using the Game, you agree to be bound by these terms.

   
   

2. Account Registration and Use

   • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

   • You agree to abide by all in-game rules and regulations. This includes but is not limited to refraining from using cheats, hacks, or any other unauthorized software or methods to gain an unfair advantage in the Game.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

   • The Game and all its associated content, including but not limited to graphics, music, text, and software code, are the property of the Company and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the Game without the Company's prior written consent.

     
     

5. In-Game Purchases

   • The Game may offer in-game purchases of virtual items, currency, or other enhancements. When making a purchase, you agree to pay the applicable fees. All purchases are final and non- refundable, except as required by law.

   • The Company reserves the right to adjust prices, change the availability of in-game items, or modify the purchasing process at any time.

     
     

6. Termination

   • The Company may terminate your access to the Game at any time if you violate these Terms of Use or engage in any illegal or unethical behavior. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and any associated in-game items or data.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

   • The Company makes no warranties or representations regarding the Game's performance, availability, or suitability for a particular purpose. The Game is provided "as is" and "as available."

   • The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Game, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to your device.
